Paul has over 30 years of commercial contract management and legal experience in both the Private and Public sectors across several markets in a variety of senior customer and supplier facing roles. Ranging from a private equity backed SaaS company in Switzerland, global ITO accounts based in Paris, Financial Services BPO in London, contracts training in the Middle East and Asia, naval shipbuilding on the Clyde or as a Commercial Management assessor for the UK Government. Paul specialises in the negotiation and subsequent management of major IT Outsourcing, SaaS, BPO and Software contracts. Commercially & legally qualified he has provided strategic advice to market leading organisations on high value pursuits and accounts, championing day-to-day commercial practices and long-term process improvements. With a Masters’ Degree in Law and Arbitration he has significant experience in disputes and claims.He is a regular commentator and presenter at Contract Management events, has had over 50 articles published and has facilitated training events in Europe, Singapore, Dubai, Kuala Lumpur and Brunei.
