New role that brings together multiple functions within the key region. Responsible for objectives, strategy, KPIs, budget, team, and implementation. Built out first expanded performance data dashboard for Field Marketing by bottler territory (Nielsen, Case Depletions). Additionally, Brand Marketing lead for Monster flavor house, American Fruits & Flavors, including: brand strategy, positioning, new web site, content and digital strategy, and b2b marketing efforts, as well as recruitment.
