As part of the KPMG consulting group, I lead a group of product managers, strategists, researchers and designers to deliver products for a diverse set of Fortune 100 clients. Using a human-centered approach, I help them unlock the potential in their digital products. As a specialist, I lead strategic product management activities such as defining OKRs, data-driven insight generation, user research, competitive landscape evaluation, design thinking, creative ideation, strategic prioritization, roadmapping, value estimation, PI & sprint planning, human-centered design, and execution guidance, all with a focus on product innovation. I have guided many digital products, including consumer ecommerce, employee enablement apps, voice assistants, point of sale, and a wide variety of other web apps. As a director, I help shape the KPMG Product & Experience Design practice including mentoring the team, defining methods, and leading craft initiatives. I also manage delivery teams, engagements and clients: Directly manage a team of 5, engagement teams of 10+(varying roles), as well as client relationships.
