My job is to lead projects Engineering for a team of 37 specialists, for projects in Automation in Italy & Spain. Overall we\'re executing between about 50 M€ of automation projects every year. My key activities are : tasks management, people development, architecture reviews, pre-sales support on complex projects and execution troubleshooting. That\'s a rewarding role, since I come in contact with a lot of different industries, customers and the work of my team run entire factories and critical facilities.
