   Responsibilities include: Reviewing customer RFQ’s and supplied tube drawings in terms of tolerances, applicable machine mounting, insures that applications are within tube bending/forming industry standards, and provide customers with appropriate quotations on a timely basis; Completing bend tool worksheets as applicable for quotation purposes; Conferring with Engineering, as necessary, to review difficult applications to insure our quotes are thorough and accurate; Satisfying customers with a hospitable approach in helping them with their queries and generating revenue for the organization; Reviewing and entering customer purchase orders per Order Entry guidelines and sending order acknowledgements; Providing order status communications; Confers with customers by telephone to provide information about products and services; Documents customer complaints and issues RMA’s and approved credit memos when appropriate; Travels, as necessary, to visit customers to review applications/projects.
