I work one-on-one with physicians, founders, and operators through Clubhouse Advisory Team, helping them navigate a small number of strategic and financial questions where judgment matters more than speed, and experience matters more than volume.I’m most helpful when someone is excellent at what they do but facing decisions they haven’t had to make before: how to grow thoughtfully, evaluate a partnership, consider a platform opportunity, or decide what “scale” should actually look like for their business.I’m a former private equity partner and past CFA Charterholder, and I’ve helped companies raise over $5 billion while navigating the real-world tradeoffs that come with growth. I’m not building a firm, scaling a platform, or chasing engagements. I work selectively, directly with decision-makers, on decisions that genuinely matter.Outside of work, I care deeply about family, the long game, and time well spent—on and off the golf course.
