Design of Balanced Scorecard of all Divisions / Departments.• Design & execute on strategic recruitment & selection plan, leadership Hiring• Design & Finalization of JD for All 1st line and 2nd line Positions and Competency Mapping.• Provide direction and guide the team regarding Design of the Skill Gap Analysis / Competency Model & Mapping.• Intermittently monitor the entire Induction process including presentation, Induction module design, delivery, user satisfaction etc.• Identification of Training needs and plan for employee Training & development• Coach business leaders on issues of effective team building and organization effectiveness• Lead the conducting of Exit Interviews for relevant positions.• Ensure timely the Full & Final Settlement during exit of the employees• Provide direction and guide the team regarding the organization\'s design of Employee Engagement, Welfare and R&R Activities.
