As a part of fantastic WONDOODY+ Infosys team, I have been working alongside Principles, Product Managers, Product Owners, UX researchers and wider stakeholders to create best-in-class experiences for our client products. Along with managing the portfolio, which in addition provides me an opportunity to mentor & navigate next generation of designers in the team.Providing UX Delivery and Managing UX Team- Select and conduct appropriate user-centred design techniques throughout an iterative design process which includes but not limited to, participate in \"Design Thinking\" workshops – collaborating cross- functionally with industry verticals, regional leads and end-users to ensure optimal digital data products and requirement analysis- Participate in design research activities and iterative design-test-re-design methodology to collect real user feedback to incorporate back into the design- Implement design decisions on initiatives, heavily influenced by research findings- Leverage design best practices and patterns when feasible; proposing and codifying new patterns when appropriate- Lead the production, review, test, and iterate on experience artefacts, including user flows, interaction models, prototypes, wireframes, low/high fidelity sketches, and design specifications- Study and adopt the design system to deliver digital product fully aligned with client’s design standards- Present the work to the project team, product managers, and other senior stakeholders- Manage escalations, allocations and extensions as and when applicable.Providing Sales Support and Drive Business Development Proposals- Working closely with the pre-sales team to analyses Client RFPs are provide inputs into commercials and approach to make the Bid. § Lead the proposals by providing UX solution offerings, estimations and client orals.
