   As a Senior Staff SDE in the Payments Developer Experience team within the Acceptance Solutions organization at VISA/CyberSource, I work on modernizing Visa’s payment platforms and improving developer productivity across large‑scale Payments systems, comprising VISA\'s payments network and infrastructure. I am a core contributor to the Payments 1.0 and Payments 2.0 Local Development Setup initiative, enabling engineers to reliably build, run, debug, and test complex payment services locally (i.e. without having to build Docker images, deploying them and running the changes through the CI/CD pipelines as part of the development process), while reducing dependency on shared environments and remote Kubernetes services.In my role I focus on providing hands‑on technical leadership and collaboration across multiple services within the Payments organizations, including Authentication, Orchestration and Processor access Gateway services. My responsibilities include designing and delivering end‑to‑end solutions that improve the developer experience by making local development, debugging, and testing more consistent and approachable across both legacy and modern platforms.I work closely with cross‑regional teams across multiple time zones and technology stacks, supporting and enhancing long‑running and newer services while helping teams resolve systemic development and environment challenges.
