Responsible for preconstruction, estimating, and project management of new development projects, as well as renovation programs for existing properties.Manage general contractors, project architects, engineers, and consultants over multiple concurrent projects at multiple locations spread across the United States.Direct the design process with input from operations and other members of the executive team.Directly oversee outside architects and engineers in the development of construction documents.Responsible for sourcing and qualifying all consultants, contractors including designers, architects, engineers, Furniture Fixture and Equipment (FF & E) suppliers and general contractors.Lead new-project feasibility analysis, programming, conceptual design and budgeting processes.Ensure that project programs, designs, budgets, and schedules are inclusive of all elements required for a complete project.Manage the presentation of designs, estimates, and program updates to senior management.Manage the FF & E Purchasing team to confirm that budgets and schedules are realistic and appropriate for each project.
