ABOUT RICHARD PAZ

Richard Paz is an entrepreneur, healthcare operator, and real estate investor with more than two decades of experience building and scaling businesses.In 2021, Paz founded QC Kinetix South Florida, a regenerative medicine company focused on non-surgical treatments for joint pain and musculoskeletal conditions. Since launching the first clinic, the organization has rapidly expanded. As of April 2026, QC Kinetix South Florida operates 12 clinics in the areas of Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Stuart and Fort Myers, serving thousands of patients seeking alternatives to surgery and steroids.Paz has continued expanding the platform through strategic acquisitions. In 2025 he acquired QC Kinetix Midwest, operating 9 clinics across Chicago, Milwaukee, and Northern Indiana. Under his leadership, both QC Kinetix South Florida and QC Kinetix Midwest earned the system’s 2025 President’s Club award recognizing top-performing markets. Paz is currently the largest franchisee in the national QC Kinetix system.Prior to entering healthcare, Paz built a successful career in real estate. A licensed broker since 2004, he founded Paz Global, a boutique brokerage and investment firm focused on residential and commercial real estate. He is also the owner of Violet Capital and Paz Properties, investment firms specializing in real estate acquisitions and development opportunities throughout South Florida. Throughout his career, Paz has brokered hundreds of millions of dollars in transactions and has led multiple private investment partnerships focused on acquiring and repositioning undervalued assets.Richard holds academic degrees in engineering, business, marketing, and entrepreneurship and brings a strategic, data-driven approach to scaling businesses and creating long-term value.Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and three daughters.
