About Payton B.
Since the end of my collegiate soccer career at Gonzaga, God has continually calledme to serve student athletes. I have lived out that calling the past couple of years in my role in the University of Washington\'s Intercollegiate Athletic Department, and I believe that God\'s next calling on my life involves serving these athletes at FCA. Through FCA, I\'m confident that God can use me to teach student athletes about the Gospel and to share with them the transformative power of Jesus. With the growth of Name, Image, & Likeness (NIL) and the subsequent growth of student athletes\' social media platforms, these athletes have more potential than ever to influence thousands of people for Christ. But we won\'t see that kind of multiplication until we pour into these student athletes and disciple them.\"The harvest is great, but the workers are few\"(Matthew 9:37). As I step into this new role as an Area Representative for the University of Washington, Seattle Pacific University, and Northwest University, I am so excited to be a diligent seed planter in the lives of coaches and athletes and see the fruit of the Gospel spread across the entire Greater Seattle Area.
