The partnership combines the university’s deep history of clinical innovation and training with Fairview’s extensive roots in community medicine- M Health Fairview has expanded access to world-class, patient-centered care through their 10 hospitals, 60 primary care clinics, specialty clinics, pharmacies, home care, hospice, and medical transportation service- Execution of day-to-day recruitment operations such as: Reviewing resumes and assessing relevant skills and qualifications; Screening candidates and scheduling interviews for hiring leaders; regularly obtaining feedback from hiring leaders; and assisting with offer process with a focus on hiring for Registered Nurses within the Operating Room, Intensive Care Unit, and Emergency Department- Partner with HR, hiring leaders, and executive leadership on forecasting talent to meet business needs- Utilize iCIMS applicant tracking system, Infor/Lawson, DocuSign, and OHM- Source for top nursing talent using a variety of methods including, but not limited to, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Cold-Calling.
