Contributing to the end of construction and close out of 80M interior fit-out • Spearheading RFIs and coordinating meetings as needed to address in field construction problems• Managing punch list by assigning tasks to subcontractors and assisting the Design Team to ensure the workflow is seamless from work to be completed to closed out • Participating in weekly change meetings and identifying certain financial risks throughout the course of the project • Requesting pricing for certain out of scope work and submitting tickets within financial software • Working through labor rates and change order logs from subcontractors • Creating Owner Change Order and Contingency Backups and chasing documents as needed • Managing the closeout of the project by requesting all documents needed including as-builts and O & Ms• Leading with the help of upper management bi-weekly commissioning meetings and identifying problems within the field that need to be addressed • Hunting down subcontractors needed for owner training and coordinating directly with the owner • Ensuring Pre Task Plans are submitted daily by subcontractors • Coordinated over Day 2 Work for Client from start to finish • Brought Gilbane to the finish line by closing out separate 4 projects that had gaps in their closeout requirements and provided documents needed to Hobbs Brook Real Estate
