My name is Payton Bruce, a Human Resources professional with experience across labor relations, employee relations, compensation, disability programs, and performance management. I recently completed my MBA at Michigan State University with concentrations in Finance and Supply Chain Management, and I currently support PepsiCo as a Human Resources Senior Representative.My career has been shaped by diverse, people-centered roles across corporate HR, local government, and multi-unit operations. Before entering my MBA program, I worked in substance use–disorder treatment within local government, where I built strong problem-solving skills and learned to navigate complex situations with empathy, clarity, and cross-organizational collaboration. Earlier in my career at Panera Bread LLC, I served as a Pro-Team Lead, supporting new café openings and leading teams through high-volume, fast-paced operational environments.Across all roles, I’ve developed a passion for enhancing employee experience, supporting organizational change, and building processes that help teams work better.
