Work with EARN in the South partners to advance pro-worker policy advancements at the state and local level throughout the South. Lead the EARN in the South Learning Community, facilitating collaboration between state policy and research think tanks, grassroots organizations, and labor partners to strengthen skills and guide alignment on policy campaigns and initiatives. Manage over in grants to support coordinated initiatives for the EARN in the South Partnership Fund and the Southern Mindshift Project to promote pro-worker policies and shift the narrative on economic issues in the South. Produce research to promote policies that impact Black and Brown workers and protect labor standards. Inform the public through media interviews on Advocate Today, Malveaux, MLK50 as well as had work referenced by Reuters and NBC.
