About Payam Rezvan

Payam Rezvan has over 24 years of credit industry experience. His first business, a credit reporting agency, began its journey in the late 90s. Its purpose was to serve banks, credit unions, and mortgage companies. Payam made several agency purchases before he sold his first company in 2005. This experience shaped the building blocks of ZipReports. ZipReports is a background screening agency. Payam used the knowledge he acquired through hands-on credit reporting to create a fast-tracking employee and tenant screening brand. Being well-versed in all things credit was an immense help to this pursuit. Payam realized that all reporting services share some common ground. He was able to convert exhaustive knowledge of one industry and put it to good use in another. His enterprising and entrepreneurial knowledge allowed him to spearhead his role as co-founder of Enforta. Enforta is a tech company built to provide rock-solid identity protection service direct-to-consumer through a B2B platform. All of Payam’s pursuits have also been greatly benefited by his active role in multi-family real estate because he believes families are at the core of all business.
