ABOUT PAYAL SONI

As an Enablement and Adoption Specialist at ctrl QS GmbH, I design and deliver engaging and effective training programs to help clients optimize their use of the company\'s digital solutions. I also support the sales and account management teams by providing product demos, presentations, and feedback. My passion for digital marketing and brand management stems from my Master\'s degree in Strategic Marketing from Berlin School of Business & Innovation (BSBI), where I learned how to create and execute data-driven and customer-centric strategies. I also have multiple certifications in online marketing, SEO content writing, and digital marketing foundations from Google and LinkedIn. Previously, I worked as a Training and Development Specialist at Getir, where I created and facilitated learning initiatives for the employees, and as an Operations Support Specialist, where I assisted in the launch of new stores and resolved operational issues. I have developed skills in growth and conversion marketing, process improvement, and project management, and I am always eager to learn new ways to enhance my performance and deliver value to the organization.
