I began my career at Nokia as a Transmission Engineer supporting Airtel Africa and later moved to Ericsson as an Assistant Engineer for MTN Nigeria and Bharti Airtel. These roles provided me with extensive hands-on experience in telecommunications operations.Driven by a desire to broaden my career scope, I pursued postgraduate studies in Human Resources and transitioned into Talent Acquisition. I always aspired to return to Ericsson—this time contributing by hiring talent for the very roles I had previously worked in. My technical background has been a significant advantage, enabling me to understand business needs deeply and identify the right talent with precision.In my second tenure at Ericsson, I began by supporting hiring for Romania (ETR), recruiting for technical and operational roles across SDU, MSN, SDAP, and SRF units. Currently, as part of the India Hiring team (EGI), I drive end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles, supporting internal and external hiring needs.
