   I began my professional journey in the hospitality industry with the prestigious Oberoi STEP program at Trident, Agra. This immersive program allowed me to gain cross-functional exposure and hands-on experience across key hotel departments under one of the most reputed hospitality brands.Year 1: Food & Beverage OperationsMy first year was dedicated to the Food & Beverage department, where I developed core skills in service standards, guest engagement, and beverage preparation. I worked in both restaurant and banquet settings, which enhanced my ability to deliver quality service in fast-paced environments. During this time, I also became proficient in using MICROS for billing and order management.Year 2: Front Office & HousekeepingIn the second year, I moved to the Front Office department, where I was trained in guest relations, check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and night audit operations. I also worked with Opera Cloud, which sharpened my technical skills and deepened my understanding of property management systems.Additionally, my experience in Housekeeping provided insights into room upkeep standards, cleanliness audits, and the importance of attention to detail in ensuring guest satisfaction.This program has helped me grow into a well-rounded hospitality professional with practical knowledge, strong communication abilities, and a service-first mindset.
