Maintain Quality Check and Deliver Recruitment & Selection services to organizations based upon managing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), maximizing efficiency overall• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle on every assignment, which includes - Procuring new projects, candidate sourcing, short listing, interview co-ordination, counseling, Quality Checks, Position Distribution, etc.• Sourcing of candidates based on the required skill through various job sites like CareerBuilder, Dice, Monster, ZipRecruiter, Ladders, Indeed and other sources such as Referrals, professional networking sites, LinkedIn, X-RAY Search, Google Search, company internal database, etc.• Experience working with ATS (JobDiva, Ceipal, Oorwin) AND Ticketing Systems i.e. Jira.• Understanding requirements and Maintain accurate documentation, reporting and regular status updates as required.• Prescreening and qualifying candidates to check their interest, confidence, communication skills, commute and eligibility for the requirement• Submitting qualifying candidates to the client and scheduling interviews with the short listed candidates.• Following up with candidates and client for status• Building Relationship and Good Rapport with the Clients, Management, Team and candidates in the industry. Handling of the complete recruitment cycle, starting from screening to closure
