Technical lead for offshore development teams (~10 developers across different locations: India, Glasgow and Montreal) as well as being a business analyst and a delivery manager for both internal and external clients. By being involved in regulatory reporting projects on Cash Equities and Fixed Income since started at Morgan Stanley, I became specialised in regulatory reporting under MiFIDII, PRA, Brexit. Example projects included:* Global project for Algorithmic Trading Reporting to meet PRA requirements using front office data and market data for the visualisation on SAP and QlikView.* MiFID II Systematic Internaliser (SI) Calculation for Bond and all Derivatives asset classes. This required working with multiple technology teams to cover data extraction, referential data clean-up, performing SI calculation by various product classifications and publishing quarterly SI Status as a service on MongoDB.* MiFID II RTS23 FIRDs Reporting under both MiFID II and NCAs to provide transactional reporting for financial instruments (Convertible Bond and all Derivatives products) being traded with and met FIRD criteria.* MiFID II RTS24 Client Entity Mappings Reporting for each exchange and MTF venues. This required working with external technology teams to support different file transfer methods and exceptions handling for EOD and T+1 reporting.* Lead agile and DevOps transformation within Equities Reporting Team globally (~40 team members) ensuring the global team adhere to best practises and that KPIs are met. This requires introducing changes to the team, planning adoption steps strategically, conducting training and proactively measuring the performance.* Actively involved in University Recruitment – once Diversity Lead for University in North West England and achieved 50% diversity hiring goal in that year.* Actively involved in WIT at Morgan Stanley, example included Coaching Circle where I was both mentor and mentee through the program.
