ABOUT PAWEL SKIRZEWSKI

With over a decade of experience in Project Management, Work Package Management, and bidding, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. My international travel experience has only added to my versatility and adaptability.As a Business Consultant for S/4HANA (SAP EPPM), I offer multi-industry and cross-functional knowledge, making me a valuable asset for any organization. My areas of specialization in SAP EPPM, PPM, PS, CPM, MM, and SD along with my ability to build systems from scratch and lead the development of financial planning and reporting, demonstrate my technical proficiency and skills.In addition to my technical skills, I have developed IFRS reports and led the RollOut process. Furthermore, I spearheaded the development of an internal SAP system and provided leadership and training to young team members, empowering them to work autonomously.I possess a good understanding of ABAP developments and have hands-on experience in developing Authorization Roles for SAP GUI and Fiori applications. I have also conducted Key User training sessions and authored company-wide \"How-To\" documents using SAP Signavio and SAP Enable now.I am a specialist in resolving defects and incidents with SAP Solution Manager, and have successfully executed data migrations from existing systems to SAP S/4HANA. Additionally, I have implemented client-specific customizations for cross-functional SAP modules.Furthermore, I have led discussions with various third-party interface tools to SAP for bi-directional and one-directional data transfers and have hands-on experience in implementing data in the SAP interface.In summary, my experience encompasses end-to-end project management, requirement analysis, system specifications alignment, conceptualization, development, and implementation of enhancements and new solutions across various domains, including industrial plant maintenance and SAP Predictive Maintenance.
