I have been involved in Continuous Improvement since 2012, I was always passionate about completing tasks quicker and to the highest standards. I know automation can reduce a massive chunk of work to allow colleagues to be more efficient in what they do. I am always focusing on positives sides by reducing or eliminating negative factors.
