About Pawar Gopal
With over four years of experience in translating technical ideas into profitable business products, I am an aspiring technology leader and innovator in the communication industry. I graduated from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi with a Bachelor of Technology degree in Engineering Physics, and also completed a course in Intellectual Property Law from Indian Law Institute. Currently, I am working as an R&D Deputy Manager at STL, a Vedanta sister company, where I am responsible for new process development and engineering, new product development and introduction, industrial engineering, and productivity improvements. I have delivered multiple projects in optical fiber manufacturing, which enhanced quality, productivity, and yield using fundamental physics and engineering simulation tools. I have also created intellectual property rights for the company, and received the Best Presentation Award for presenting gas sensors based on the nano-wires of transition metal oxides. My core competencies include computational physics, product design, and research and development. My goal is to bring disruption and innovation in the communication industry, with the help of my team and the tools and techniques I have learned.
