I am an Indian Army Veteran with 20 years+ of distinguished service, currently pursuing a PhD in Management (Operations) and holding a PGDBM in Operations. I have consistently sought to bridge theory with practice, focusing on areas such as operations efficiency, enterprise risk, and organizational resilience. Throughout my career, I have led multi-cultural teams of personnel and senior managers, directed complex projects, and built capabilities through training, mentoring, and academic governance frameworks. This experience has shaped my passion for faculty roles, institutional development, and knowledge-sharing, where I aim to contribute meaningfully to both students and academic communities.
