Develop, manage & lead team of senior financial analysts and controllers across multiple countries ensuring timely budgets, forecasts and other periodic deliverables.~Develop and monitor progress of multi-year enterprise-wide Operating Plan, and drive follow ups to completion with critical stakeholders, executive business line owners and finance Leadership.~Work with the Executives & VPs to reflect & possibilities of achieving target OI & goals set by the group boards.~Supervise Global Manufacturing finance operations and analysts across all manufacturing locations ensuring standardization of processes, costing methods, KPIs, monitoring efficiency improvement initiatives, validating Capex requirements & strategies, plan annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, etc.~Supervise & direct senior analysts responsible for new projects, closely monitor progress of the project budgets, revenue based on POC, margins, penalties & extra ordinary warranties due to delays & defects, plan annual budgets, quarterly forecasts based on material receipts & new milestones.~Initiate cost reduction/process improvements, proactively highlight problematic trends thereby helping the operations to take the right actions.~Streamlined FP & A processes & improvements, coordination between cross functional heads, recreated Dashboards & Visualizations with relevant information for Executives, Implementation of FP & A Tools.~Provide quantitative and qualitative evaluation of strategic growth initiatives, Make vs Buy, other business restructuring initiatives.
