Currently, a Partner at Boston Consulting Group with 15+ years of experience in consulting on various topics spanning strategy, business build, operation excellence, commercial/procurement transformation, M&A, policy formulation, change management, digital transformation, and organizational re-design/structuring. I bring diverse experience and expertise from working across multiple industries – Oil & Gas, Energy, Renewable Energy, metals & mining, chemicals & petrochemicals, and new clean technology such as green hydrogen & biofuels.Adept at working with diverse cross-functional and cross-location teams and managing board and CXOs in driving growth, transformation, cost efficiency, and capital projects of large organizations/conglomerate. My association with the group for more than seven years provided me an opportunity to work with Independent Regulatory Bodies, State/Central Governments, International Financial Institutions, and Fortune 500 and 100 FTSE Companies among others.I hold a dual bachelor\'s degree in Engineering and Law. I hold an MBA (PDGM) from IIM Calcutta, where I was Institute Rank Holder (#8) and Student Council President.
