By fostering stakeholder partnerships and promoting collaborative problem-solving, I drive the evolution of our regulatory operations while developing a high-performing team dedicated to excellence and continuous improvement.Scope: Trade and Transaction Reporting controls - Provide senior governance and oversight across global regulatory reporting operations, ensuring robust controls, operational readiness, data quality, and timely submissions across ASIC, MAS, EMIR, SFTR, FMIA, MiFIR, CFTC, CSA, and NCCBR. Lead comprehensive control frameworks including accuracy and completeness checks, reconciliations, lifecycle event monitoring, UTI governance, and collateral/valuation reporting. Drive regulatory change, strengthen operational resilience, remediate gaps, enhance transparency across the trade lifecycle, and support audits and regulatory reviews with strong strategic and governance leadership.Periodic Controls -Oversee governance and periodic reporting for key regulatory and investor transparency disclosures, including DCPT, CTI, PRIIPs, EMT/EPT, and Article 50. Responsible for strengthening operating models, elevating data controls, and delivering continuous improvements across regulatory reporting landscapes. Drive consistency and quality across control execution, validation frameworks, documentation, and audit readiness.
