As Director – Client Success & Delivery, I lead Koru’s delivery operations and client success function, focusing on aligning people, processes, and performance to drive business growth and exceptional client outcomes.In this role, I- Partner closely with leadership to shape delivery and growth strategies across design, development, and product engagements- Oversee delivery operations and resource planning across functions — ensuring teams are optimally staffed, aligned, and set up for success- Build and mentor high-performing teams by developing leadership depth among project managers and leads- Strengthen client partnerships through consistent engagement, proactive problem-solving, and strategic account farming- Act as the connective layer between leadership and project teams — helping translate vision into action and keeping the organizational pulse strong- Support initiatives that expand Koru’s service offerings and contribute to top-line growth.I see my role as more than operations — it’s about building systems that scale, teams that thrive, and relationships that last.
