I have 26 years of leadership and entrepreneurial experience in managing business with full P&L responsibility, developing new international markets and launching new products across various segments. I have developed and led both large teams (including international) and start up businesses, done global and market entry strategic planning & sales strategy. Established the digital learning & assessment vertical from scratch for Oxford University Press, where I helped build Oxford Advantage - an integrated learning system, creating and catering to opportunities in the international markets and managing key strategic partnerships. Helped shape the Indian testing landscape by helping computerize the most prestigious management entrance examination in country - CAT (admission test to the Indian Institutes of Management (IIM)). I have also tremendously enjoyed establishing PTE Academic (Pearson) as a preferred test of choice in South Asia and led ACT Inc.\'s International team in Asia to grow the ACT tests, GAC and Social Emotional Learning products.
