Main Duties: Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions including contract, C2H, and permanent roles in the US market. Collaborate closely with clients and account managers to comprehend hiring requirements and provide customized staffing solutions. Identify and evaluate candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and internal ATS systems. Lead and support a team of junior recruiters; establish objectives, monitor results, and promote ongoing development. Perform technical evaluations and assess candidate suitability in relation to job specifications and team dynamics. Handle salary/rate discussions and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for chosen candidates. Verify adherence to labor regulations and immigration standards (H1B, OPT, GC, USC). Monitor essential hiring metrics (time-to-fill, submittal-to-hire ratio, etc.) and deliver periodic reports to management. Keep informed about technology trends, market changes, and candidate accessibility to enhance strategic recruitment
