To ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient functioning of Occupational Health Centres (OHCs) and Ambulance operations across multiple client sites in India. This includes managing paramedics, emergency response, vehicle compliance, staffing, vendor coordination, client interaction, and regulatory adherence (ESIC, BMW, etc.)1. OHC Operations:*Supervise end-to-end management of OHCs at client locations.*Ensure medical rooms are well-equipped and staffed with trained paramedics/nurses.*Monitor medicine stock, equipment maintenance, and hygiene standards.*Oversee health check-ups, medical records, and incident documentation.*Ensure compliance with occupational health and statutory norms.*Maintain coordination with third-party vendors for medical support, diagnostic services, etc.2. Ambulance Services Management:* Plan and deploy ambulances (BLS/ALS) and trained EMTs/Drivers as per client requirements.* Oversee daily operations, shift rosters, and 24x7 readiness.* Ensure all ambulances are compliant with AIS-125 and other regional regulations.* Track GPS, fuel consumption, and emergency response time.* Coordinate with the branding, vehicle maintenance, and support teams.3. Manpower & Staffing:* Ensure sufficient trained paramedics, EMTs, and drivers are available across all sites.* Handle onboarding, orientation, and shift planning.* Coordinate with HR for hiring and employee grievances.* Ensure ESIC, PF, WC coverage, and adherence to labor laws.4. Client & Internal Coordination:* Act as the point of contact for client escalations and feedback.* Coordinate with procurement, legal, HR, and finance teams for operational needs.* Maintain accurate documentation of service deployment, reports, and audit records.5. Reporting & Compliance:* Maintain deployment trackers, daily reports, and billing summaries.* Ensure timely BMW collection and documentation (as per CPCB/SPCB norms).* Prepare and share monthly MIS reports with management and clients.
