Commissioning in land Rigs brand Drillmec as electrical and automatic control as well as Generator Caterpillar, Mud Pumps, Top Drive, Draworks, Rotary table all these equipment are controlled by VFD. Hydraulic Wrench (Power Tong Canrig), Catwalk (Canrig) and Iron Derrickman (Weatherford) Maintenance and troubleshooting in land Rigs HP-1500 Drillmec as well as equipment of hydraulic wrench (Power Tong Caring), Draworks is control by VFDs (Drillmec), Mud pumps are controlled by VFDS, Top Drive brand Canrig is controlled by VFDs. Generators Caterpillar 3516 with control Woodward; PCR.Rig instruments commissioning like pit sensor, pressure Transducer,Temperature transmitter Model 644, Mud Density sensor model 3051,Hook load, Trip tank level sensor, spm sensor, Rotary RPM sensor, pump pressure, Flow paddle transmitter, Rotary Encoder, Operation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of hydrocarbon parameter using (H2S, CO2, CO,LEL )gas detector ( FGDS ). & of IP 65 cctv camera and Panasonic kx-hts824 telephone monitoring system.
