   Production Planning:1. Weekly, compile all commercial orders from the Logistics department and provide them with a tentative completion target date within one week, following the specified format.2. Collaborate with the procurement department to address shortages based on received orders, considering the dates of material availability and purchase order release.3. Conduct regular meetings with the procurement department to monitor order progress and material receipt in the warehouse.4. Hold timely meetings with all departments to minimize breakdowns in planning, sharing anticipated breakdowns with concerned parties 7 days in advance.Testing of RM:1. Based on the production plan (3 months and weekly), collaborate closely with RM stores and the QC department to finalize the testing plan on a weekly basis.2. Share the testing plan with the production and QA departments every week.3. Record any deviations in the plan on a weekly basis.Dispatch & PL sharing:1. Monthly, plan container dispatches to maximize the possibility of dispatching goods from the plant in terms of value and urgency.2. Ensure all necessary documents are available for packing list sharing.3. Share the tentative container dispatch plan with the logistics department on the 25th of each month and every Friday for weekly containers.4.
