As a key member of the Service Management Team, I am responsible for creating, managing, and analysing SLAs and KPIs reports to ensure that service delivery met both customer expectations and organizational standards. This includes 10 bundles in Unilever project & tracking a monthly volume of tickets across Incident, Request, RFCs, Problem tickets.· Updating and preparing the weekly and monthly governance decks that are presented to key stakeholders, providing them with essential insights into project performance, progress, and risks.· Compiling and sharing daily reports with internal leads to keep teams informed on project status, progress, and any immediate issues or concerns.· Presenting the Monthly Business Value Index (BVI) to both clients and internal leads, with a focus on tracking and reporting progress against finance-related targets.· Creating and managing reports and dashboards within the ServiceNow tool to provide real-time insights into service performance, operational metrics, and project progress.· Project Unite- Actively involved in the project migration process, playing a key role from the initial system setup through the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase to the production cutover.· Responsible for the effective management and allocation of resources to ensure that projects and operations are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.· Committed to driving continual improvement within the technical team, ensuring that processes, systems, and technologies are consistently optimized (Automated Dashboard, Reports).· Creating and presenting PowerPoint (PPT) presentations that track and communicate project progress and highlight any associated risks to key stakeholders.
