I am currently deployed at the Thane Municipal Corporation, where my primary responsibilities include offering technical guidance in both liquid and solid waste management practices. My role involves conducting capacity-building sessions for Urban Local Body (ULB) staff on various initiatives, including the Open Defecation Free (ODF) protocol, the GFC star rating system, Swachh Survekshan, and the Majhi Vasundhara campaign.Additionally, I support the Thane Municipal Corporation in the bid processes and assist in the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for city officials to facilitate the implementation of various city action plans. I have also developed a Power BI dashboard to monitor projects related to roads, toilets, green visibility projects (GVP), and city beautification efforts.Furthermore, I provide recommendations to TMC officials regarding data management on the Swachhatam portal and engage in discussions with various stakeholders to promote best practices at the city level.
