Works on incidents like Link down, Flapping, Latency etc of Global customers like Google, Microsoft, Facebook, telstra, BT, Verizon, Singtel, NSE, HCL, GTT etc.10. Communicate with customers via mail or call for FLT, link status, network related logs etc.11. Working as an TAC1.5 support engineer in which we have different teams and we have to coordinate with the concerned team as per customer query.
