Liaising with the Statutory Auditor (Deloitte) and Audit committee, Liaising with the department for compliance of other JV companies. Dealing with Tax Auditor and GST auditor, Business Finance partnering with the business head and JV partners for improvement in margin and EBITDA, package pricing input and evaluation with business head for offering to customers, ensuring compliance of JV companies within due date, evaluation of business proposals for expansion, NPV of acquisitions, due diligence of Agreements with vendors and big channel partners. Monthly business review and Management Reporting. Part of change management excercise, Authorisation of payable of KCBPL and other JVs. Team handling of 20 coworkers, conflict management, their performance evaluation.
