About Pawan Kumar
As Head of Forex Services I am designing and implementing state of the art solution for Transaction banking domain. Heading TFC and RFC ( the Process Centres for Axis Bank Ltd for Trade Finance and Retail Forex spread across Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad and Kolkata ). Implementing techno enabled and Integrated Trade finance and Transaction banking processes via Workflow Integration, AI, RPA, Bots and all available state of the art tools. Managing 400 member team and Working towards full automation and STP of all trade products in line with banks vision. Prior to this assignment, I was with Yes Bank where i headed West and South for the Bank along with a creative and wonderful team of 150+ Trade Finance officials.Role helped bank in enriching better than expected service delivery, Automation and ensuring haste free transaction processing in fully Automated environment.Giving shape to complete automation of Trade and Forex Products and making life simpler for customer as well as team members. Identifying process changes and implementing the same to have customer delight. Besides trade Forex specialisation, I carry prior Forex Dealing and Money Market operation expertise with Leading Indian as well as MNC Bank (SMBC as Head of Trade and Treasury Operations ) in India and London UK. I carry total 23 years of work experience of branch banking, Domestic treasury and ALM, Forex and Money Market dealing, Trade finance sales - Operations - Service -Process Centre and Process Automation in Mumbai and London.
