Manage inbound warehouse operations of all Direct & indirect materials ( Namely Finish Goods, Raw Material, Packaging Material, Spares, Fuel, Chemicals and other Consumables, etc.) Fulfil and Maintain GMP, GWP, & local regulatory requirement in warehouse of various temperature conditions such as 15-25°C, 2-8°C-180°C( Liquid Nitrogen)-70°C( Dry Ice) and ambient. Excellent knowledge and experience in back office management, Warehouse Management, inventory management (FIFO, FEFO, MSL, MOQ, Safety Stock, Optimum Inventory levels, etc.), SAP (MM Module). Independently able to lead, motivate, inspire and influence the warehouse team.Audit Exposure-USFDA, MHRA, ANVISA BRAZIL, MCC, GCC, UGANDA and Other Regulatory audit.• Inventory Managemento Maintain stock of all materials as per minimum stock limit o Ensure zero stock outo Ensure FIFO or FEFO as per GMP & QA guidelines o Maintain slow moving and fast moving inventory o Ensure minimum inventory expiryo Ensure zero error in physical count• Warehouse Management o Ensure Warehouse follows schedule M and GMP guidelines o Ensure all storage areas are safe to operate and ensure 100% EHS and MSDS requirements o Prepare & follow standard operating procedures (SOP’s) related to Warehouse Management, stock keeping, pest control, cleaning, etc.o Ensure all log books to be updated on timeo Managing Warehouse team, their training and segregation of duties o Maintain stock with proper retrieval / information systems• Ensure timely receipt of materials• Verification of material• Ensure GRN within 24 hours • Ensure reduction in TAT and meeting OTIF targets• Responsible of regulatory & customer audits• Maintain the bin storage locations for all type materials • Ensure correctness of order before GRN• Verification and validation of the bills for payments• Manage the complete process for gate entry to final payment track for materials• Material Handling Processes.
