My Journey: A Visionary Leader in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management\"Leadership is not just about creating a vision but inspiring others to see the future through the same lens.\" This philosophy has guided my career as a seasoned leader in supply chain management, logistics, and production strategy.With over 25 years of experience, I have worked at major companies like Ford India, DB Schenker, Daimler India, and currently at Isuzu Motors where I serve as Head of Purchase and Supply Chain Management. My journey began as an engineer at HM-Mitsubishi, providing a solid foundation in production planning and logistics.At Ford India, I led production planning systems and packaging solutions for export operations, enhancing productivity. At DB Schenker, I delivered tailored logistics solutions to clients like TATA and Timken, improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.At Daimler India, I held leadership roles including General Manager - Logistics Operations. Here, I reduced lead times by 15% and played a key role in creating new product lines that enhanced business models focusing on supply chain stability and optimization.Now at Isuzu Motors India, I lead sourcing strategies, resource optimization, and compliance. My approach emphasizes open communication and team engagement, fostering a productive work culture. Certified in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Clinical Hypnotherapy, I have successfully mentored nine individuals into leadership roles.I am dedicated to continuous learning. Currently pursuing an MA in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, I have also expanded my knowledge through courses on EV and Battery Design and AI. Innovation has been a cornerstone of my success; at Daimler, I introduced new product lines that met market demands.Beyond work, I am an avid marathon runner with the \"Awesome Runners\" group and value community service through Sathya Sai Seva Organizations.Looking ahead, I aspire to continue shaping organizational culture through innovation, efficiency, and sustainability.
