Process Development of new project (Oncology and general molecules), Cost improvement Projects, Technology transfer activities and support to manufacturing team, CDMO discussion and finalization on the project, Customer Handling, etc. • R&D set-up • Lead and enable technology transfer, process familiarization and manufacturing of drug substance at in-house /CDMO site. • To develop cost effective and Eco-friendly chemical processes for the manufacturing of drug substance. To conduct process development and optimization studies according to QbD guidelines. • Perform OVAT studies to identify the proven acceptable range (PAR) and establish the CPPs and CQAs. • Discussion on stage gate reviews for Go-No-Go decisions from key stake holders. • To build in relationship with vendors for Intermediates, Raw materials, etc, and establish them for smooth execution of products. • End to end Smooth Technology Transfer of products with respect to execution, documentation, and product registrations. • Undertake evaluations/reviews of existing ways of working to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. • Guiding team by prioritizing their activities, make necessary follow-ups and helping them to resolve their roadblocks. • Directly responsible for Budgeting and costing of every API products (CAPEX and OPEX)
