ABOUT PARVINDER SACHDEVA
Parvinder currently works as the Director Corporate & Product Strategy at Dayforce, a leading HCM software provider, where he focuses on driving out the company\'s growth strategy. He is a trained economist with an entrepreneurial and public policy background. Parvinder is a proud ultra-runner, and has completed several 50 and 100km trail races. He is also an avid hiker, and is well on his way to hike the entirety of the 900km+ Bruce Trail in Ontario and all of the 46 Adirondack High Peaks in NY. Parvinder is a Director on the Board of the Iroquoia Bruce Trail Club, a volunteer run environmental conservation body. He is a fan of the San Antonio Spurs. Parvinder holds an M.A. in Economics from the University of British Columbia, and is a graduate of the Next 36 Entrepreneurship program. He was previously a Senior Advisor to Canada’s Minister of Innovation, Science and Industry for nearly five years, helping shape the Innovation and Skills Plan and leading the creation of Canada’s Digital Charter. He has also taught public policy analysis to graduate students at McMaster University.
