About Pavneeka Parashar
Corporate lawyer with 5+ years at top tier law firms (AZB & Partners, DSK Legal, Trilegal) plus a year-long in-house secondment with an international private equity fund. I assist businesses navigate commercial contracts, general corporate advisory and M&A transactions. Having trained and worked at top-tier law firms, combined with my in-house secondment experience, I bring the best of both worlds.Currently working independently: advising clients on commercial agreements, drafting and reviewing contracts (NDAs, MSAs, employment contracts) and providing corporate advisory. Also, mentoring law students and young lawyers for tier 1 law firm placements, resume building, interview prep and career guidance. When I\'m not working, you\'ll probably find me travelling, enjoying a good cup of chai, hanging out with family and friends, or reading a book (often all at once!).
