Broad perspective from career experience of senior leadership positions in consulting, at operators, at vendors and founding a startup – always with a focus on breaking into something new or executing a turnaround, bringing together teams to deliver on time and to maximise profitability.As well as looking after the smooth running of Ovyo, the company I co-founded in 2019, I oversee all our delivery and take on Programme Director or Exec Consultant roles on some projects.Our team will tell you I rarely shut up about culture as I believe combining the right people with the right culture moves mountains. I’m a huge advocate of making companies a great place to work, people & team empowerment, strong pro-active collaboration, data-driven decision making and lean processes.On a personal level, what I really enjoy is solving complex problems and bringing strategies to life – whether that’s our strategy at Ovyo, or our customers’. I love being involved in the video industry and would ideally spend more of my time getting my geek on about video platform architecture.Away from work (this is true!) I have a habit of creating and tracking to dependency-based plans for things such as getting married, the birth of both my daughters, big holidays. still working on a way to turn off that part of my brain! With 2 reasonably young kids, I’m not sure I have any hobbies, but I do enjoy football (Reading FC), F1 and BBQing.
