I hold multiple industry-recognized certifications including PSM II, PSM I, and SAFe® 5 Agilist.Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Twilio, where I lead a team focused on Process Automation (RPA). I partner closely with business stakeholders to identify operational inefficiencies and implement automation solutions that drive scalability and efficiency.Previously, I was Vice President of Technology at HDFC, where I spearheaded key digital initiatives such as integrating Demat account details (HDFC Securities) into the mobile app, enabling customer profile updates via in-app redirections, and launching DigiPassbook features—enhancing mobile-first customer experiences.Earlier at Twilio, I served as an Agile Program Manager, and prior to that, as a Senior Scrum Master/Team Coach at Wells Fargo, where I led agile transformation efforts. I established and ran the Scrum Master Community of Practice (CoP) at the offshore center, guided teams in improving KPIs, assessed agile maturity, and presented executive reports highlighting velocity trends, predictability, and sprint performance metrics.I have also worked as a Lead Consultant – Agile Delivery at Infosys, providing agile coaching and delivery oversight for cloud database migration (AWS & Azure) and legacy modernization projects for a major financial services client.Earlier in my career, I spent a decade with Accenture as an Application Development Associate Manager in both Bangalore and Charlotte, NC, managing Agile delivery, team performance, and financials for a large banking client.My journey began as a Senior Software Engineer at Honeywell Technology Solutions, where I spent 2.6 years developing enterprise solutions.
