Professional Journey: My journey began in the the private sector, I delved into the intricacies of business strategy and operations. Working with diverse teams, I strategized and executed initiatives that propelled organizations forward by leveraging technology to drive optimal outcome. Transitioning into the not-for-profit sector provided an opportunity to merge my passion for social impact with my professional expertise. Here, I led initiatives that brought about meaningful change, focusing on sustainable growth, organizational development and fostering collaboration among stakeholders. Currently in the public sector I hone the research, innovative skills with design thinking methods, strategic planning including change management, business development, executive reporting and a deep understanding of how governmental systems and elections operate. This experience allowed me to navigate complex landscapes, streamline operations, and make data-informed decisions. Achievements: 2023 - Guest for the annual UEF5 (UN-Habitat) conference. Attendee for the annual \"Stanford University Medicine\" conference on climate change/reduction. 2022 - Speaker and Moderator for the Urban Economy Forum (UN-Habitat) events and part of the UN Social Development committee. 2022 - Mobilizing seminar panelist for Langara College, on the topic ‘Remote Work Experience’. 2022 - Appointed as the ‘Secretary of the Board’ for Regent Park (RP) Neighbourhood Association. 2021 - Initiated, led a women-empowering project, and raised a grant budget of 20••••13 - Ranked 2nd highest in MBA
