Stabilized a $5M SAP S/4HANA transformation at risk due to fragmented ownership and multi-vendor execution, owning end to end program execution and delivery across Japan, Australia, and New Zealand, impacting 2K+ users across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations.2.
