Inception Business Services (IBS) is a growing marketing consulting and outsourced marketing firm founded in 2011. We work with many organisations to extend both the thinking and execution bandwidth in their marketing function. CMO on hire, plug and play marketing team, online marketing, social media management, content and communication and brand management are some of our key work areas.As a team of new-age marketers, we believe in delivering maximum value to our clients by working as their partner rather than an agency. Since 2011, we have worked with nearly 150 clients across industries. Since 2014 we have operations in Gurgaon covering the NCR region in addition to our home base in Chennai.Being Partner at Inception means donning the active marketer hat at all times. I continue to directly oversee key client projects and actively contribute as a senior marketing consultant on specific advisory client engagements. In addition to my senior marketer responsibilities, my work involves co-crafting strategy for the growth of Inception across new, emerging areas of value delivery, identifying, nurturing marketer talent and continuous learning and seeking productivity gains for the business. My key strength is the backing of a fantastic and dedicated team at Inception - my team mates who genuinely enjoy coming to work each day and bring their best game to every client project we take on. As a practising marketer, a significant portion of my time at work continues to be related to client projects. The diversity, challenge and dynamic nature of marketing for growing businesses is what keeps me excited. What keeps me in love with my work every day?
